Returns

Your complete satisfaction is our goal. New, unused items in the original packaging may be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt.  To return or exchange a purchase, please contact our customer care representative to obtain a return authorization merchandise authorization number (RMA#).  We’re sorry, but we cannot accept returns with out a RMA#.  Further instructions for returns are detailed on the back of the packing list you received with your order.

All return shipping charges must be prepaid unless product is damaged.  We recommend you choose a shipping method that will allow you to track and insure your package; we are not responsible for customer returns that are not received. We can only accept returns/exchanges of merchandise purchased through our website. DAMAGED ITEMS: If your order arrives damaged, we are happy to replace it with an identical item. Please contact our customer care representative within 15 days of receipt at 301-642-7612 or service@queseralinens.com to arrange for a replacement.

You will receive your refund within 30 days of receiving your returned merchandise.  Your refund will be to the original method of payment and include the purchase price plus any applicable taxes.  Shipping will only be refunded if there was a defect to your product.
